Coaching has always been my passion—because transformation has always been my path.
Born and raised in Canada, I’ve called Mexico home since 1997. And now, in my early sixties, I bring decades of life experience, deep healing, and spiritual wisdom to every session I hold.
Health was instilled in me from a young age—not just physical, but emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Through nutrition, gentle movement, and soul-aligned choices, I’ve stayed grounded and resilient, even through life’s hardest seasons.
I’ve walked through profound loss—my brother, my mother, my husband, and at one point, everything I owned. At 53, I had to rebuild from nothing.
What rose from that season wasn’t just strength, and resilience. It was purpose.
Today, I empower others in transition—to reclaim their truth, align with their Soul’s blueprint, and create a life that finally fits.
