The best thing anyone can do for proper health is:

  • Healthy Diet (full of Whole Foods-Organic when possible),
  • Healthy Mind-(Positive Thoughts, Focus on the Positive in Life, Doing for Others, Meditation)
  • Physical Activity (some movement-can be just a brisk daily walk)

To me, those are the best things you can do because if your diet isn’t healthy, your mind and physical body probably aren’t working at their best either. That’s why I put that as number 1.
