This 5 part series called, “Turn your pain into purpose,” was created it to help anyone struggling with grief or loss in their life, and how I can help.
I hope that this gives you or someone you know, comfort in the journey to heal.
My Coaching Practice, 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 5: “Encourage rediscovery of purpose.”
Here are 5 examples of how exploring passions and interests can help a woman who is struggling with loss:
Find a hobby
Finding a hobby can provide a sense of accomplishment. It can also be an opportunity to meet new people and form new connections.
Volunteer
Volunteering for a cause that aligns with your values can provide a sense of fulfillment and purpose. It can also help you feel more connected to your community.
Travel
Exploring new places and cultures can be a way to gain a fresh perspective and create new experiences by stepping outside of your comfort zone and challenging yourself.
Express Creativity
Engaging in creative activities such as painting, writing, or music can be a way to process emotions, express yourself, to channel your energy into something positive.
Focus on physical health
Taking care of your physical health through exercise, healthy eating, and self-care practices can help you feel better mentally and emotionally. It can also be a way to set and achieve new goals.
“Loss can be a catalyst for growth and change”
I create a safe space and I will support your process without judgment.
We will gently move together to get you to the next step to finding your new sense of purpose and passion.
Grief can be overwhelming, but it can also be a powerful catalyst for personal growth.
I will help you turn your pain into purpose and guide you to find the strength to move forward.
I will help you navigate the journey and come out on the other side with a renewed sense of self and hope for the future.
