Getting there was the hard part. After losing it all just a few years ago (home, assets, dignity, and husband), I picked up the pieces and rebuilt my life. A few years later, I created Sandra’s Empower Wellness, a coaching practice for women.
My mission is to empower as many women as possible to feel whole, strong, more powerful, and purpose-filled in their lives. I want you to RISE AND RENEW, in a holistic way.
